Application and Use Instructions for Product: #8006-8007 Computer and Head Cleaning Kits

1. Apply one cleaning solution sachet to the white cleaning disk through access holes
2. Immediately insert cleaning disk into drive.
3. Activate drive for 30-60 seconds. (For DOS machines use "DIR" search command)
4. Remove cleaning disk and check off a box on the usage record below.
5. After 20 cleanings, discard cleaning disk.

Economy Head Cleaning Kit for Disk Drives - #8007

SINGLE- SIDED DRIVES use "as is".

For DOUBLE-SIDED DRIVES

1. Remove window tab.
2. Apply 8-10 drops of solution to the under side of the jacket.
3. Insert cleaning disk (label side up).
4. Activate the drive for approximately 30 to 60 seconds.
5. Remove cleaning disk and check off a box on the usage record.

*After 20 cleanings, discard cleaning disk.

FOR MACINTOSH USERS:

1. Apply 8 - 10 drops of cleaning solution to the white fabric through the access holes.
2. With arrow pointing toward drive, immediately insert disk into drive
3. Your Macintosh will give an error message after 10 seconds. This is normal and means that the cleaning disk is working.
4. Repeat the insertion and ejection's of the cleaning disk until 20 seconds has elapsed.
