Staticide® 4020 Neutral Cleaner Concentrate
High detergency formula
ACL Staticide® Neutral Cleaner is a low-foaming, multi-purpose cleaner designed for effective maintenance of ESD and non-ESD flooring materials. This high detergency formula ensures a streak-free, film-free finish, and is ideal for any facility. Non-abrasive and silica-free, this cleaner will not compromise the anti-static properties of production environments, making it perfect for ESD tiles, conductive floors, ESD paint, and concrete surfaces.
Environmentally friendly and safe for septic and sewage systems, this neutral cleaner is non-toxic, biodegradable, pH-neutral, and free of phosphates and alkalis. Staticide® Neutral Cleaner comes in two options: 4020 Concentrate and 4030 Ready-to-Use.
Ideal for the following applications:
- Electronic manufacturing facilities
- Maintaining ESD paint
- Warehouses

Directions:
For normal surface cleaning of floors, first sweep floor to remove surface dirt. Then mop floor with Staticide® 4030 Ready-to-Use Neutral Cleaner or a diluted solution of Staticide® 4020 Concentrate and water. Allow to air dry before resuming foot traffic.
Staticide® 4020 Concentrate:
- Dilute with water before use
- For normal floor applications, dilute 128:1 and clean
- For cleaning after stripping, dilute 128:1, scrub, and rinse
- For removing oil, grease, and scratch marks, dilute 64:1, soak for 5 minutes, scrub, and rinse
- For metal, dilute 128:1, then clean with a cloth or brush and rinse
- For eliminating streaking during auto scrubbing, dilute concentrate 256:1
