Exceptional ESD-Safe Material

Supreme Mat is a versatile 2-ply ESD mat based on US-sourced Zeon Hydrin® synthetic polymer, with a crosshatch textured dissipative top layer and black conductive bottom layer. This unique material is inherently and permanently dissipative, providing uniform electrical resistance across the entire mat surface, exceptional chemical and heat resistance, ultra-low outgassing, and virtually no VOC or blooming properties.

Supreme Mat is high strength, elastic, and durable, resisting tears, punctures and abrasion, and the unique vulcanization process prevents the mat from curling or delaminating. The high heat resistance of the mat allows it to be cycled through baking ovens multiple times before requiring replacement.

Supreme Mat is warrantied to maintain RTG of 1e6-8 for at least 5 years with proper maintenance, with free replacement if the failure has not been the result of physical, heat, or chemical damage to the mat. Supreme Mat can be cleaned with most solvents and disinfectants, including isopropyl alcohol. We recommend ACL Staticide® 6001 Mat & Table Top Cleaner to clean mats and maintain their dissipative properties.
