Staticide® QuantumTube™ HBS1 Single-walled Carbon Nanotube Additive Epoxypropyl Neodecanoate-based Dust-free Soft Flake is a single walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) concentrate for applications requiring superior electrical conductivity, electrostatic discharge (ESD) and antistatic properties. HBS1 has a single walled carbon nanotubes loading of 10 wt.% in epoxy propyl-neodecanoate as the carrier.

FEATURES:

  • Excellent, intrinsically uniform electrical conductivity at low loading
  • Optically transparent when diluted, coating can be made any color
  • Dust-free, safe to handle (see SDS)
  • Does not affect the normal production of water-based paints and coatings

Dispersion Procedure:

To achieve uniform dispersion in a coating system, please refer to the dispersion guide for detailed instructions.

Packaging:

HBS1 samples are available in sealed containers of 100 g. Commercial quantities are available in different packaging up to 25 kg.

Storage and Transportation:

The product is stable in the original packaging when stored at ambient temperatures. The recommended shelf life is 24 months.
