Staticide® QuantumTube™ MBAS Multi-walled Carbon Nanotube Acrylonitrile Styrene (AS) Masterbatch

Easy-to-use, zero-fuss ESD thermoplastic

Staticide® QuantumTube™ MBAS, composed of Acrylonitrile Styrene (AS) with 20 wt% multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs), is a carbon nanotube thermoplastic masterbatch designed for exceptional electrical conductivity and electrostatic discharge (ESD) applications for ABS plastics. Unlike carbon black or carbon fiber plastic additives, MWCNTs offer superior electrical conductivity and high flow efficiency even at lower loading levels, making them an excellent choice for injection molding and extrusion processes.

Ideal for the following applications:

  • Applications demanding electrically conductive and ESD capabilities
  • Electronic component containers, ESD parts and tools

FEATURES:

  • Achieves uniform electrical conductivity through advanced CNT dispersion and compounding technology
  • Minimizes impact on key mechanical properties
  • Offers easy processing, dust-free handling, and an environmentally friendly solution
