Easy-to-use, zero-fuss ESD thermoplastic

Staticide® QuantumTube™ MBPA6, composed of Nylon 6 (PA6) with 15 wt% multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs), is a carbon nanotube thermoplastic masterbatch designed for exceptional electrical conductivity and electrostatic discharge (ESD) applications for ABS plastics. Unlike carbon black or carbon fiber plastic additives, MWCNTs offer superior electrical conductivity and high flow efficiency even at lower loading levels, making them an excellent choice for injection molding and extrusion processes.

Packaging:

  • 25 kg, paper-plastic composite bag
  • Customizable packaging options are available to meet specific customer requirements

Storage and Handling:

  • Store in a dry environment, avoid excessive stacking
  • Dry at 60°C for 2–3 hours before use

Ideal for the following applications:

  • Electronic component containers, ESD parts and tools
