Proven effective after years of use in industrial, commercial, and institutional facilities, ACL Staticide® 3000 Original Concentrate has become a trusted name in static protection and the closest thing to “static control insurance.”
Once diluted, this economical and easy-to-use topical antistatic solution provides a highly effective method of static control, preventing tribogeneration and decaying static charges in under two seconds. Longer lasting than other topical antistatics, Staticide® 3000 Original Concentrate will last for weeks or months depending on application. It eliminates static electricity problems in a variety of industries including electronics, textiles, and plastics. Packaging material treated with Staticide can be classified as low charging according to ANSI/ESD S541-2019 and ESD ADV11.21.
Staticide® 3000 Original Concentrate saves shipping and storage costs and offers flexibility over dilution ratios and solvent choice.
Ideal for the following applications:
- Eliminates dust attraction
- Prevents damage to sensitive electronic components and assemblies
- Prevents jamming or slipping of paper, plastics, and other materials during processing
- Prevents ignition of combustible vapors, dust, and solvents
- Avoids irregularities caused by static in quality printing, heat sealing, silk screening, lamination, and other special applications
- Prevents static discharge on workbenches and production surfaces
FEATURES:
- Exceeds MIL-B-81705 and NFPA-56A electrostatic decay criteria

Dilution Instructions:
Fill clean container with the desired volume of solvent. Pure water or isopropyl alcohol can be used. Add appropriate volume of Staticide® Concentrate to the solvent to avoid foaming. Do not add concentrate first, foaming and bubbles will occur.
Staticide® Heavy Duty is a 39 parts solvent (water) to 1 part concentrate mixture. Best for porous surfaces such as carpets, work surfaces, conveyor belts, clothing, and other textiles.
Staticide® General Purpose is a 99 parts solvent (water) to 1 part concentrate mixture. Ideal for non-porous surfaces, it is suitable for use on machines, fixtures, paneling, tile, office furniture, trays, tote boxes, most films, plastics, paper, and non-woven fabrics. It is especially helpful for static and particulate control as well as environmental static control in sensitive areas.
