ACL Staticide® Heel Grounders are ideal for personal grounding protection in Electrostatic Protected Areas (EPA). These exceptionally durable cup-style heel grounders are effective in providing a continuous path to ground between individuals and ESD-protected flooring.
Adjustable straps allow a snug fit with most shoes and shoe sizes. Easy-to-wear and comfortable, Staticide® 8122 Premium Heel Grounders provide added conductivity, strength, and longevity by using a rubber heel cup reinforced with stainless steel rivets. When submerged for 24 hours in salt water, metals show no signs of corrosion or rust.

- Warning: Heel grounders are not recommended in areas where exposure to line voltage is possible
Directions:
Two heel grounders are recommended for reliable ESD protection, providing ground when one foot is off the floor. Place conductive ribbon in the shoe. Ribbon may be placed between the shoe and sock or against skin. Use ESD lotion for better contact against dry skin. Adjust heel cup against the back of shoe while inserting foot. Fold each strap across the shoe until they meet for a secure fit. Test for proper fit with ACL 780 or ACL 750 Combo Tester.
