Staticide^® QuantumTube™ MBPEG, composed of Polyethylene Glycol 600 (PEG 600) with 70 wt% multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs), is a carbon nanotube thermoplastic masterbatch designed for exceptional electrical conductivity and electrostatic discharge (ESD) applications for low‑temperature processing resins such as PVC, PE, and other similar polymers. Unlike carbon black or carbon fiber plastic additives, MWCNTs offer superior electrical conductivity and high flow efficiency even at lower loading levels, making them an excellent choice for injection molding and extrusion processes.
